The role of innovative, experienced, and quality employees to perform assigned missions has been incredibly important. Field studies show that there have been some concerns regarding the possible loss of specialists due to early job abandoning in air defense Khatam- ol - anbya (pbuh) headquarters. Hence, the aim of this study is to determine and measure the effectiveness of factors (individual, organizational and environmental) which affect personnel to decide to quit their job. This is a descriptive type of research with mixed approach. The population used in this study is 2100 members of air defense headquarters.Information was gathered through questionnaire and interviews with experts and some of those who left air defense headquarters. After reliability of questionnaire was confirmed by experts, they were sent to 100 members of air defense headquarters who were chosen through Cochran formula in a way that include all three different officers, noncommissioned officers and civil. Validity of questionnaire was confirmed through Cronbach’s alpha test and split-half method.
