Today, we all live in a media-driven society. The use of media has expanded in various fields and has become an effective and efficient tool in the field of culture. The current research has been carried out with the aim of identifying and prioritizing strategies to improve media literacy among the employees of Aja political ideological organization. In terms of the purpose of this research, it was an applied research, in terms of a mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative) and in terms of a descriptive-analytical method. Through library studies, strategies to improve media literacy were collected and provided to 30 experts and specialists in the field of media literacy, and by using the Delphi technique in three rounds, they were asked to confirm or reject the identified strategies and their proposed solutions. also provide In the following (with the aim of prioritizing solutions), the identified solutions of the qualitative stage were given to 20 of the same experts by designing a researcher-made questionnaire, and finally 44 solutions were prioritized. Based on the results of the research, the solutions of "holding specialized and special courses for media literacy content producers, scientific and expert needs assessment of the staff in the field of media literacy, and then planning and policing in accordance with the needs assessment and providing the infrastructure needed for media literacy" have won the highest rank, respectively.
